A visit by schoolchildren from Mousset
In an event that has now become a tradition, Château Clerc Milon welcomes forty or so children from the school in the neighbouring village of Mousset to pick grapes and taste the juice.
This year, children aged 3 to 6 and 8 to 10 and their teachers came with their school scissors to help cut bunches of grapes from the Clerc Milon vines. They continued with a visit of the vat-house and barrel hall, ending with a tasting of the must (grape juice). The children showed keen interest in everything they saw and asked lots of questions. Perhaps the visit will give some of them ideas for the future…
